Paul S. Atkins is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in securities regulation. He served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) from 2002 to 2008, focusing on transparency and investor protection. After his tenure at the SEC, Atkins founded Patomak Global Partners, a consultancy specializing in financial services and regulatory compliance. His career includes roles at Davis Polk & Wardwell and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as serving on the staffs of SEC Chairmen Richard Breeden and Arthur Levitt.
