COT will be used as a payment currency within the Cure WorldCosplay ecosystem, helping cosplayers without access to other online payment methods to be tipped for their services. The Cure Protocol is also being developed.

This unique feature will bring power back to cosplayers, enabling them to monetize themselves as these coins can be used to tip players as well as purchase merchandise or event tickets. Cure WorldCosplay will use the Bancor Protocol to offer both the CosplayToken (COT), and personalised Cosplay Player Coins to create individual ecosystems for cosplayers.

As a smart-token, COT can also be placed into a reserve by holders to create their own Cosplay Player Coin. An example of this would be the popular cosplayer Kazumi Noomi reserving COT to create a KazumiNoomiCoin (KNCOT) for her fans. These fans can trade KNCOT for COT or vice versa, with the value of KNCOT based on how much KNCOT has been bought. This can be done by any holders of COT.
