ICO City Protocol Description:

City Protocol is open infrastructure for neofinance - tokenization, vault and issuance layers that let asset managers, strategy providers and platforms launch onchain structured products without rebuilding the stack themselves.

Our vision is to make high-quality yield products programmable, verifiable, operable, and distributable onchain. The starting point is structured products because they expose the real infrastructure problem in onchain finance: a credible financial product needs more than a token, a vault, or a frontend. It needs a defined mandate, approved components, product-level NAV, subscription and redemption logic, eligibility controls, reporting, disclosures, rebalancing rules, and lifecycle operations.

City Protocol turns those requirements into shared infrastructure.

The first product surface includes structured yield products such as ETP-style RWA income products, multi-vault income products, stable-yield blends, thematic allocation products, market-neutral strategy products, copy-allocation products, tenor-based structured yield products, and model portfolios for wallets, exchanges, fintech apps, and wealth platforms. These examples are practical product templates, not just narrative categories: each one needs component rules, NAV sources, fee terms, eligibility policies, redemption windows, risk labels, reporting cadence, and distribution controls.

  • Financial products are moving onto crypto rails, but the infrastructure for launching and operating them is still fragmented.
  • Yield providers need tokenization, NAV reporting, investor controls, verification, and distribution.
  • Vault operators need secure contracts, accounting, monitoring, governance, allocation controls, and redemption logic.
  • Product issuers need methodology management, component validation, product-level reporting, rebalancing, disclosures, and lifecycle controls.
  • Consumer apps, exchanges, wallets, and protocols need Neofinance modules such as yield vaults, structured products, swaps, and lending without integrating every provider one by one.
