SHAFT Foundation empowers equity owners by investing in tokenized investment ecosystems. Our portfolio will consist of solid opportunities and grant secure, transparent access to investors (viewing deal metrics, investment details). Furthermore, SHAFT Foundation facilitates capital raising by allowing token owners to offer specific functionalities to all contributors (e.g. voting rights, profit sharing). Investors benefit from increased liquidity through the ability to redeem tokens with the issuer, sell them on secondary markets, or even use them as collateral for loans.

Beyond the platform itself, SHAFT Foundation provides comprehensive ecosystem management. This includes setting up the necessary legal entities, mapping out and negotiating legal relationships between all participants: equity owners, investors, service providers to the ecosystem (e.g. AI company CEOs, asset managers, etc.), and professional service providers for SHAFT Foundation itself. SHAFT Foundation will also handle bookkeeping and recordkeeping for the foundation, liaise with regulators to ensure compliance, and work actively to expand the platform by increasing the volume of AI Agentic-backed equity offered and attracting more opportunities to the Foundation.
