Secret Trees is an environmentally-conscious agricultural company and next generation technology services provider. Founded in 2018, Secret Trees aims to contribute to a sustainable global agro-economy through the industrial and commercial development of the growing demand for the agricultural crop Hemp.

Our strategic goal is to become a leader in the production of industrial hemp in Eastern Europe within five years.
The installation of the Secret Trees factory is expected to be completed in 12-18 months.  The objective of the factory will be the processing of hemp and production of hemp products and hempcrete; processing will commence through Secret Trees business model once the factory in operational.
 
Secret Trees proposes to offer derivative contracts to enable hemp producers to lock in the prices they will pay for hemp at the time of Secret Trees ICO once the factory is operational And later as a means to manage risk. Derivatives will be available for hemp.
 
Tokenized Futures contracts and Call Options will be released pre-factory installation, thereby creating the Secret Trees Minimum Viable Product

STE - Secret Trees Equity.
Investors acquire an ownership stake in the company, a right to dividends and access to token price movements from the company’s business activities. Following the full installation of the Secret Trees factory, dividends will be paid from profits made from hemp product sales and manufacturing sales.
STU - Utility.
Individuals and hemp producers are given access to our hemp facilities. This token entitles a user to have their hemp processed in our Latvian-based factory, and provides hemp producers  access to the derivatives contracts mentioned above
The sale of the STU coin will be available once the date of the plant's performance is known more precisely, the estimated time period is Q3 2020
STS - Seed Token.
The STS seed token is generated by holding STU utility tokens.  It represents a reward in the form of hemp seeds to promote further hemp growth/production.  The STU is locked in for a specific period, at the end of which STS tokens are generated. For the initial generation of STS tokens, we will provide an interface to lock a number of your STU tokens for 30 days hence, you will have 30 days to lock your STU in order to generate STS. The amount of STS tokens that will be generated is independent of when you lock your STU during this time frame.
