American economist and trader Nassim Taleb wrote that Bitcoin is a good idea, but most cryptocurrency users do not understand the nuances of its work.

Nassim Taleb participated in a discussion on Twitter with the "Bitcoin maximalist" Giacomo Zucco. Zucco questioned Taleb's views on the imposition of central planning by bureaucrats and politicians, since they have no "personal interest in the success" of this strategy.

The well-known American economist and trader Nassim Taleb is generally optimistic about cryptocurrencies and has previously stated that Bitcoin wins in comparison with national currencies. In addition, he recently advised Lebanese citizens to use cryptocurrencies due to the depreciation of the Lebanese pound.

Despite his loyalty to crypto assets, at the beginning of the month, Taleb announced that he would no longer use the services of the Coinbase exchange, since the site's technical support was slowly answering questions.
