If an investor needs immediate liquidity on a weekend, TradFi completely fails them.

BasedMortgage solves these critical problems by utilizing secure smart contracts to enable 24/7 peer-to-peer (P2P) fractional property trading. By breaking down a multi-million dollar property into affordable digital tokens, we eliminate the need for predatory intermediaries, minimize transactional friction, and ensure fair market value discovery.
