Shares, or BIS, provide holders with exclusive membership and community-related benefits. /biz/ Inc. is a for-profit Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) engaging in enterprise building. Our decision making and business proposal system is a democratic process by which organization members congregate and work to develop real business plans, engage in project management, recruit and hire developers and talent, and manage administrative duties.**

We intend to launch our company's Decentralized Exchange (DEX) near the end of this year. BIS token holders will be rewarded with massively reduced trading fees, and in some instances almost 0 trading fees.
